You can enjoy your riverside retreat from 1st March right through to 1st December - that's a lovely long season! We ask that stays are limited to 21 days at a time, which gives everyone a fair chance to enjoy their home and keeps things fresh. ##### What insurance do I need? Nothing complicated - just standard private holiday home insurance. Pop a copy into our office when you get it sorted, and you're all set. We're happy to recommend insurers if you need a hand finding the right cover. ##### What happens if I want to sell? If you ever decide to move on, we'd love first dibs on helping you find a buyer from our waiting list.
