No, subletting is not allowed. We keep things simple here - your holiday home is just for you, your family and friends to enjoy, which helps maintain the peaceful, community feel that makes our park so special!
What are the season dates and stay limits?
You can enjoy your riverside retreat from 1st March right through to 1st December - that's a lovely long season! We ask that stays are limited to 21 days at a time, which gives everyone a fair chance to enjoy their home and keeps things fresh.
What insurance do I need?
Nothing complicated - just standard private holiday home insurance. Pop a copy into our office when you get it sorted, and you're all set. We're happy to recommend insurers if you need a hand finding the right cover.
What happens if I want to sell?
If you ever decide to move on, we'd love first dibs on helping you find a buyer from our waiting list. We know the park inside out and can make the whole process as smooth as possible for you.
Can I bring pets?
Of course! We're a pet-friendly park and love having furry family members visit. We just ask that they stay on leads around the park for everyone's safety. There are lovely fields nearby perfect for proper walks and letting them stretch their legs.
What's included in the site fees?
Your £2,400 annual fee covers all the essentials - water, refuse collection, and we'll keep your grass looking smart too. You'll have your own electric meter, so you only pay for what you use. Simple and fair!
